Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions
Design, configure, customize, and deploy Kinaxis applications
Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes
Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders
Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, S&OP)
End-to-end Kinaxis implementation experience
Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or above)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Ability to work onsite in Avenel, NJ
Preferred
Experience with advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience working in global supply chain environments
Knowledge of data integration or ETL tools
