$18/hr - $20/hrDigitech Computer is seeking a Cash Posting Representative to work remotely full time. The Cash Posting Representative will be responsible for accurately posting payments from various sources and reconciling these postings against bank statements using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
Receive files containing medical payments made electronically, by paper check, and credit card
Post payments accurately and in a timely manner using proprietary software program, Ambulance Commander
Record and reconcile all postings against a bank statement or similar document using Microsoft Excel
Ensure assigned accounts are balanced daily and monthly
Perform other assigned duties as requested by Department Manager
Qualification
Required
Experience posting cash in a medical setting, such as a doctors office, hospital, etc
Strong mathematical acumen, ability to balance complex bank deposits
Familiarity with lockbox functionality
Ability to multitask
Collaborative team player; able to work with clients, external parties and internal departments
Pleasant and professional demeanor
Computer literacy; able to work two monitors
Must have strong mathematical ability
Reliable
Curious and willing to ask questions
