Remx is a well-established organization in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area seeking a contract Office Customer Service Role to work in a legal office environment. The role involves assisting with clerical duties and providing customer service, while ensuring accurate data entry and support to leadership.

Responsibilities
Assist with other clerical duties including typing/word processing, filing, copying, scanning, etc
Customer service through inbound calls
Accurate Data Entry into internal system
Ability to multitask, handle pressures and meet deadlines
Provide additional support as may be requested by leadership
This position may require sitting at a desk for an extended period of time
Must have high regards for attendance and punctuality
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma Required
Must be able to pass criminal Background and drug test
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Must have general knowledge of computers
Great Customer Service skills
Great interpersonal and organizational skills
Adaptability, initiative and high stress tolerance
