Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Work alongside the C-suite to prioritize objectives and act as a force multiplier by translating strategy into actionable project plans
Operational Rigor: Design and maintain the organization’s "operating rhythm," including planning cycles, OKR tracking, and executive updates to drive accountability
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central hub for information flow, ensuring departments are coordinated and that decisions are communicated consistently across the team
Special Projects: Lead high-impact, high-visibility initiatives from concept to execution with full autonomy and discretion
Problem Solving: Identify organizational gaps or process inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutions
