Responsibilities

Maintain and repair needle-punch and related mechanical equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Fabricate or replace mechanical parts as needed
Collaborate with production and quality teams
Keep maintenance records and follow all safety standards
Boiler experience or willingness and ability to obtain a boilers license
Must have own hand tools necessary to perform required duties
