Responsibilities
Research, develop, and deploy fully systematic equity strategies
Own systematic strategy sleeves within defined capital and risk limits
Design and validate alpha models, signals, and features
Contribute to portfolio construction, optimization, and risk frameworks
Monitor live performance, stability, drawdowns, and regime behavior
Partner with infrastructure and execution teams on implementation quality
Continuously improve research pipelines, models, and processes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in systematic / quantitative equities investing
Strong background in alpha research, signal generation, and model development
Experience managing or contributing to live systematic strategies
High-level technical capability (Python, research frameworks, data engineering, modeling)
Strong understanding of risk modeling, factor exposures, and portfolio construction
Research-driven mindset with a disciplined, scientific approach to markets
