Responsibilities

Lead strategic Salesforce Service Cloud and CPQ programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and customer satisfaction
Drive automation, case management improvements, knowledge base enhancements, and omni-channel customer experience using Service Cloud objects
Oversee product rules, pricing rules, and Quote-to-Cash flow implementations; work closely with dev teams on CPQ object modeling and configuration
Lead complex integrations across Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Data Cloud) and 3rd-party platforms using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP, Order Management)
Coordinate across development teams to manage sandbox environments, promote releases through CI/CD pipelines, and maintain environment integrity
Partner with architects and engineering teams to guide technical decisions, Salesforce development practices (Apex, LWC), and scalable design patterns
Work with cross-functional business owners (product, support, sales, operations) to translate business requirements into executable roadmaps
Establish performance dashboards, KPIs, and feedback loops for continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution

Required

8+ years of experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs (preferably in customer service or CPQ domains)
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (case lifecycle, knowledge, omni-channel, entitlement, etc.)
Practical understanding of Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, rules, pricing, approval processes)
Experience leading Service Cloud development teams and managing developer deliverables
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and multi-sandbox deployment strategies
Proven ability to manage integrations and API-based solutions across enterprise systems
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or PD1 Developer Certification
PMP or equivalent program management certification
Experience with telecom or subscription billing systems (e.g., BRIM, Zuora, Adyen)
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and modern Salesforce DevOps tooling
