Responsibilities
Conduct research, gather information, and analyze data to support legal operations initiatives and business needs
Assist internal stakeholders with the execution of day-to-day legal operational tasks
Respond to routine requests by providing accurate information and ensuring issues are escalated or resolved appropriately
Support legal operations workflows by following established processes, systems, and procedures
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects to support Legal Operations initiatives
Analyze legal and operational data, prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries, and identify insights to support decision-making
Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
Generate and maintain monthly operational and performance reports
Review, reconcile, and assist in resolving internal or client-related issues
Support contract management, legal technology tools, and documentation processes
Assist managers with departmental goals, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
Complete special projects related to legal operations, process improvement, analytics, or reporting
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or law degree (JD) or actively preparing to apply to law school, including LSAT preparation
Strong attention to detail is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service mindset
Self-starter who is reliable, organized, and execution-focused
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
