Responsibilities

Provide day?to?day employee relations support, addressing employee questions, resolving concerns, and advising leaders on HR best practices
Deliver Workday support, including processing HR transactions and ensuring data accuracy
Streamline, standardize, and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows
Serve as a direct resource for leaders and employees, offering guidance on compliance, HR programs, and organizational standards
Manage compliance-related inquiries and ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and relevant regulations
Conduct HR data gathering, reporting, and analytics to support leadership decision?making
Collaborate closely with the HR team and cross-functional groups to support organizational initiatives and enhance the overall employee experience
Contribute to a positive and team?oriented office environment supporting management and salaried employee groups

Required

8–10 years of HR experience required
Bachelor's degree required
Associate degree accepted with 10+ years of relevant experience
Master's degree accepted with 7+ years of experience
Internships count as valid experience
Comparable backgrounds may include experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Representative
Human Resources Consulting: Ability to guide and advise managers on HR initiatives using established tools and methodologies
HR Policies, Standards & Procedures: Strong knowledge of HR functions, including compliance, EEO, and affirmative action requirements
Data Gathering & Reporting: Ability to collect, interpret, and present HR data to support functional or organizational objectives
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Relationship building and collaboration
