Complete and optimize the UKG implementation
Support transition of Payroll module to internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Lead rollout of UKG Recruiting module for high-volume hiring
Train internal HR team members on UKG functionality and best practices
Troubleshoot system issues and improve configuration as needed
Qualification
Required
UKG implementation and optimization experience required
Experience with small company / lean HR team implementations
Strong training and change management skills
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
