Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM
Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and forecast potential delays and risks
Perform critical path analysis, resource coordination, and schedule optimization
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and project management best practices
Conduct functional requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment of Primavera P6 EPPM
Perform installations, upgrades, health checks, and cloud migrations for Primavera applications
Generate, schedule, and distribute reports using P6, BI Publisher, and Analytics
Manage user access, admin preferences, and enterprise structures in P6 Professional and Web
Work closely with customers to analyze business processes and implement EPPM solutions
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for cost control and project governance
Develop and maintain enterprise structures, OBS, WBS, and project control frameworks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM
Strong experience across the full project management lifecycle
Hands-on experience with core implementation, functional design, and deployment
Experience in installations, upgrades, health checks, and cloud migration
Expertise in scheduling, risk management, and large-scale project environments
Excellent communication skills to report progress and collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred
Background in large and complex enterprise projects
Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and recommend best-practice solutions
