Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process
Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals
Must have industry experience
Must reside in the Northern VA area
Preferred
Have a solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
Possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
