Ability to guide and mentor development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Patient Services domain/Consumer Marketing domain knowledge
Experience in building solutions in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR regulations
Prior experience implementing Salesforce Marketing cloud-based solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges and design innovative solutions
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and end-users
Capacity to make informed decisions independently
Qualification
Required
.NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
Java ecosystem (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Maven/Gradle)
Salesforce Health/LifeSciences Cloud solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges and design innovative solutions
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and end-users
