Oversee & direct the day to day activities of the Business Banking Department
Responsible for monitoring and meeting departmental sales goals of business products
Develop strategies for obtaining new business customers
Develop strategies for cross selling to existing customers
Participate on internal committees such as Pricing
Analyze business accounts and products to ensure profitability
Monitor internal reports for compliance to banking rules & regulations
Respond to audits for ACH, Service Charges, eDeposit and Merchant Services
Train/Coach internal departments and branches on business products
Participate in community events and boards
Continue to develop the Business Banking team in order to keep Central Bank in a competitive position in the market
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Self-motivated; goal oriented; project oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
