Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively and ensure financial stability
Leadership and team management skills to inspire, align, and support teams in achieving organizational goals
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Familiarity with the fashion or luxury industry is an advantage but not mandatory
