Manage AP inbox and process incoming invoices
Perform invoice scanning and data entry
Complete 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Maintain accuracy and speed in processing
Communicate effectively and ask questions when needed
Learn and adapt to evolving billing responsibilities
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Knowledge of purchase orders and 3-way matching
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn and correct errors
Excellent communication and note-taking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
Integrity, accountability, and willingness to learn
