Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and third-party/internal systems
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions
Utilize PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and other middleware tools to enable seamless data exchange
Develop and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, and data mapping
Support the deployment of integrations in development, test, and production environments
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide timely resolution to business users
Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies during integration processes
Assist in upgrades, patches, and PeopleTools enhancements as they relate to integrations
Qualification
Required
W2 only, NO C2C please, healthcare/hospital exp is a must
Design, develop, and support integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and third-party/internal systems
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions
Utilize PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and other middleware tools to enable seamless data exchange
Develop and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, and data mapping
Support the deployment of integrations in development, test, and production environments
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide timely resolution to business users
Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies during integration processes
Assist in upgrades, patches, and PeopleTools enhancements as they relate to integrations
Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor
Proficiency with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR
Hands-on experience with XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, and related integration technologies
Familiarity with SQL and data mapping techniques
Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
5+ years of experience working as a PeopleSoft HCM Developer with a focus on integrations
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful PeopleSoft HCM integrations
Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x
Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and Agile/hybrid Agile project environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Preferred
Exposure to other HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
