Responsibilities
Being a positive role model for the children and assuring quality care
Overseeing feeding, playtime, educational activities, rest periods, bathroom breaks and diaper changing
Upholding child safety by adhering to safety and security procedures
Providing active observation and effective communication with Teachers and parents
Qualification
Required
Individuals who embody the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility
Prior experience working in an early childhood or educational setting
CPR & First Aid Certification and Child Abuse prevention training will be completed within 90 days of hire
