Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nsight Health is a fast-growing startup transforming healthcare delivery through innovative technology. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support the growth of their workforce.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer, under the guidance of the Manager, Human Resources
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates across multiple roles simultaneously
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Draft and update job descriptions using approved templates and guidance
Support the maintenance of a centralized job description repository, ensuring accuracy and version control
Ensure job postings align with approved role scope and salary ranges
Assist in posting roles across job boards and internal systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines in the ATS
Track recruiting activity metrics such as candidate flow, interview conversion, and time-to-fill
Support reporting and data collection used for hiring analytics and leadership updates
Flag risks or delays in hiring timelines early
Follow established recruiting processes and documentation standards
Ensure compliance with hiring practices, interview guidelines, and data privacy requirements
Deliver a professional, responsive, and respectful candidate experience at every stage
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruiting function

Required

2–4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently
Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Clear, professional communication skills

Preferred

Startup, healthcare, SaaS, or remote workforce recruiting experience
Exposure to hiring analytics or recruiting metrics
Interest in growing into a senior or leadership recruiting role
