Capital project spend & fixed asset capitalization
Inventory accuracy & cycle counts
SOX, internal controls, audit readiness
IFRS, tax & transfer pricing considerations
ERP and integrated financial systems
Continuous improvement using lean / agile finance practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a financial leader
Background in mining, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy construction
Advanced Excel + QuickBooks (hands-on, not theoretical)
Proven ERP selection & implementation experience
Deep exposure to SOX, internal controls, and audits
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, tax, and transfer pricing
Ability to work onsite in Upstate New York
