Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to management and leadership on commercial, operational, and strategic matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of technology-focused commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, licensing arrangements, and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams on business initiatives, supporting growth, strategic partnerships, and new product launches
Identify, assess, and communicate legal risks, offering practical and commercially-oriented solutions
Support corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management initiatives as needed
Manage external counsel relationships for specialized legal matters
Qualification
Required
Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
4–7 years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house, with a focus on technology transactions and commercial agreements
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, licensing arrangements, and partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Fluency in English
Preferred
Experience advising high-growth technology companies or working in dynamic, fast-paced environments is highly valued
