Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day field operations on data center and mission critical facility projects
Coordinate MEP-intensive work including power distribution, cooling systems, and backup generation
Enforce strict quality control for critical infrastructure installations
Maintain safety compliance and ensure zero-incident jobsite culture
Sequence work to meet aggressive schedules and commissioning milestones
Collaborate with owners, engineers, and commissioning agents throughout project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Superintendent leading construction operations on mission critical data center projects
Ability to oversee complex builds requiring precision coordination of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
Experience managing day-to-day field operations on data center and mission critical facility projects
Ability to coordinate MEP-intensive work including power distribution, cooling systems, and backup generation
Experience enforcing strict quality control for critical infrastructure installations
Knowledge of safety compliance and ability to ensure zero-incident jobsite culture
Ability to sequence work to meet aggressive schedules and commissioning milestones
Experience collaborating with owners, engineers, and commissioning agents throughout project lifecycle
Preferred
Experience with hyperscale or colocation projects
OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid certifications
