Required
Premier Customer Experience and Communication Skills: Receive and answer customer telephone inquiries. Establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with developers and individual customers, ensuring a Premier Customer Experience throughout the process
Process-focused. Time Management and Attention to Detail. Efficiently and accurately process customer and developer applications of interconnection
Understanding of basic electrical concepts and renewable energy. Grasp fundamental electrical components(e.g voltage, current, power, energy) and renewable energy principles
Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based work processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and e-mail software and Internet portal to perform work functions
Minimum Bachelors degree with 2 to 4 years of experience; or in lieu of degree, must have minimum of 3 to 6 years relevant business experience
