Responsibilities
Support senior litigation attorneys in managing Personal Injury cases from pre-litigation through trial
Draft discovery requests and responses, pleadings, and correspondence
Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and case files
Manage case calendars, deadlines, depositions, mediation, and hearings
Coordinate filings and scheduling through electronic court portals
Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
Ensure cases progress efficiently with close attention to detail and timelines
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a personal injury paralegal or bodily injury claims adjuster
Working knowledge of Washington State auto insurance laws and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and dependable work style
