Responsibilities

Ownership of business metrics and actions to drive vendor experience, engagement, and profitability
Regular engagement with senior business leadership to discuss business results and growth opportunities (director/VP level)
Advocacy for the customer/user of the product features under your management
Investigate issues from different sources, deep dive, root cause analysis, identify systemic gaps and ensure these gaps are addressed
To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, product managers, marketing and vendor management teams
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, product, and technical goals
Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing the user experience, business objectives, and costs
Operate autonomously; drive programs business goals and all customer and seller-facing aspects
SQL proficiency preferred

Required

3+ years of with Excel experience
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Preferred

Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
