Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities
Maintain employee personnel files (electronic and physical)
Process new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, direct deposit, acknowledgements)
Coordinate onboarding and facilitate new hire orientation
Support timekeeping, PTO tracking, and payroll preparation
Post job openings and assist with interview scheduling
Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR questions
Assist with benefits tracking, audits, and HR projects
Qualification
Required
