Hands-on CTO Co-Founder to architect and build the MVP end-to-end, then scale the platform and lead the engineering team as we grow
Real-time AI analytics + multimodal sensor fusion (UWB/BLE, environmental/biometric inputs)
Cloud-native architecture (microservices, Kubernetes), low-latency data pipelines
Automated response orchestration and adaptive facility controls
Secure foundations: CI/CD, observability, compliance-ready engineering (GDPR/HIPAA/ISO-aligned)
Qualification
Required
10+ years building enterprise SaaS and AI/ML systems (production-grade)
Strong cloud + distributed systems background; comfortable integrating IoT/hardware data sources
Builder-first mindset with founder-level ownership; able to lead as the team scales
