Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites using Webflow and Framer
Create and manage CMS collections, content structures, and dynamic templates
Translate design hand-offs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, interactive web experiences
Test and debug websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards
Collaborate with senior developers and designers to deliver projects on schedule
Document workflows, content models, and CMS configurations
Contribute to iterative improvements in front-end performance and SEO

Required

U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR)
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a professional setting

Preferred

Prior experience or coursework in web development or digital design
Exposure to SEO optimization, analytics integration, or schema markup
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working on projects for small businesses, nonprofits, or government contracts
