Responsibilities
Execute audit engagements with precision and expertise
Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Ensure all engagements are completed within the established time frame and budget, ready for Partner review
Lead and manage teams of 2–4 employees, providing guidance and support
Travel to client sites as required (GA, SC)
Clearly communicate the results of audits and findings to those charged with governance
Build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and clients
Mentor and develop Interns and Staff, providing training to support their career growth
Deliver timely, constructive feedback—both formal and informal—across all levels
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Managing multiple audit client engagements throughout the year
Preparation of Government Financial Statements
B.A./B.S. in Accounting
Public accounting experience - CPA required
Understanding of GAAS, GASB, and GAAP
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed (GA, SC)
