Responsibilities

Design and refine prompt structures to enhance LLM performance
Build and maintain contextual input systems for personalization and consistency
Analyze and fine-tune model outputs for tone, accuracy, and alignment
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams on model improvements
Stay up to date with the latest LLM advancements and integrate best practices

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM development
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in LangChain
Proficiency in Hugging Face
Proficiency in OpenAI API
Strong understanding of LLM optimization
Strong understanding of prompt engineering
Strong understanding of A/B testing
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Remote (U.S.) – EST or CST time zone preferred
U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders preferred
