Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the Centres of Excellence in Production, Publishing, Quality Assurance, Media, and Content Standards for efficient content delivery
Drive improvement of company's Global Content Standards, ensuring all content meets accessibility and AI-readiness requirements
Manage the end-to-end Quality Assurance function, integrating AI checks and validating accessibility
Oversee digital publishing operations and version control while automating processes and improving metadata management
Manage relationships and operations with channel distribution partners, optimizing content delivery and compliance with AI tools
Transform media production and graphic design by implementing frameworks and exploring AI-enhanced processes
Grow Custom Publishing as a central revenue driver, utilizing AI for rapid content personalization and assembly

Required

Understanding of digital content ecosystems, including metadata management and multichannel distribution
