Qualification
Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Understanding of event coordination processes, logistics planning, and vendor management
Basic proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in event planning, administrative support, or customer service is a plus
Additional education in event planning, business, or a related field is advantageous
