Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities
Build and enhance BI products: develop and maintain data models, automated reports, and dashboards aligned to strategic performance metrics; rapidly prototype and iterate solutions
Drive outcomes and adoption: influence stakeholders to adopt process enhancements through engagement and change management; present insights for Executive+ audiences
Deliver at speed: execute and manage multiple concurrent project plans with aggressive milestones; ensure solutions are scalable across P&Ls and functions
Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and Data Science to expand, sustain, and integrate analytics; identify functional process optimization opportunities
Work with big data: extract, cleanse, blend, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources; distill complex problems and recommend clear actions
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's in STEM, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or Operations; Master's preferred
Experience: 7–10+ years in BI/analytics or operations, leading end-to-end BI solutions across functions
Leadership: Proven team leadership; sets roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, delivers to executive operating cadences
Tools: Advanced Spotfire/Power BI/Tableau and Alteryx/UiPath; drives best practices and performance at scale
Data: Strong SQL, modeling (semantic layers), and multi-source blending
Visualization: Executive-ready dashboards aligned to strategic metrics and actions
Delivery & Comms: Consistently ships complex programs on time; concise storyteller for Executive+ stakeholders
Preferred
Domain depth in supply chain, manufacturing ops, or finance; converts domain needs into scalable BI products
BI excellence: standards, certified datasets, KPI catalogs, semantic layers, and environment promotion
Automation & analytics integration with Alteryx and Data Science features
Operating rhythms: daily/weekly/monthly dashboards that drive follow-through
FLIGHT DECK mindset: standard work, visual management, continuous improvement
Change leadership and program management (risk, dependencies, value/OKRs)
Growth mindset; builds communities of practice, upskills teams and lead developers by example
