Responsibilities
Support the periodic review of SOPs, work instructions, forms, and related documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Transfer existing document content into new standardized templates, ensuring consistent formatting and structure
Conduct basic quality checks on revised documents to confirm correct formatting, version control, and compliance with document control procedures
Partner with document owners, subject matter experts, and the Quality team to clarify content and resolve any discrepancies during the update process
Maintain logs to track document status, review progress, and template migration activities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in formatting Word documents; familiarity with quality management software is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Enrolled in a degree program during the Spring term prior to the internship
Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies with a minimum 3.0 GPA
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Strong analytical and statistical abilities
