Responsibilities

Run age trial balance reports and processes

Call customers to facilitate collections of past due invoices

Develop and process payment plans

Maintain and improve A.R key metrics including but not limited to turnover, past due percentage, and bad debt

Provide sales and management information updates related to A/R

Resolve customer issues and complaints

Qualification

Collections experienceAccounts receivable managementPC utilizationCommunication skillsProblem resolution

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Strong communication skills are required

PC utilization (Windows software) experience is required

Preferred

Previous collection experience/accounting is a plus
