Answer incoming calls on behalf of restaurant clients
Take accurate food orders and enter them into our ordering system
Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
Follow restaurant-specific menus and guidelines
Maintain professionalism and reliability during every interaction
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English with clear, professional phone communication skills
Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality
Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and headset required
Dependability and punctuality - Able to reliably work the shifts you independently choose to claim
Authorized to work in the U.S
History of reliable attendance in prior roles
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or food service preferred
