Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of designers and developers to implement Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components
Create and optimize user workflows for complex B2B and enterprise systems
Utilize Figma to develop shared files, components, and ensure version control
Conduct user research and gather requirements within an Agile environment
Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across platforms
Participate in discovery sessions to identify user needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Design seamless user experiences for Salesforce products, including Experience Cloud, Flow, and Service/Sales Cloud
Support the healthcare staffing platform by delivering portfolio-worthy design solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality in design implementation
Provide feedback and support to peers within the UX team to foster a collaborative culture
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of product or UX design experience, with a focus on Salesforce products
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components
Proven experience designing B2B or enterprise workflows
Proficiency in Figma, including file sharing, component creation, and version control
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and discovery processes
Knowledge of Salesforce platforms such as Experience Cloud, Flow, and Service/Sales Cloud
Experience contributing to design systems and maintaining consistency
