Responsibilities
Expertly prioritize co-founder's time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
Act as an extension of the co-founder & company with professionalism & polish
Manage projects, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
Manage internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & discretion
Track important action items and send corresponding follow-ups
Prepare presentations and meeting materials
Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
Track and process expenses weekly
Light personal assistance
Assist with various tasks and projects, as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience supporting senior leadership at a startup and/or high-growth tech company required
Responsive nature and the ability to respond to action items outside of regular business hours
Expert project management skills & experience
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed
Strategic & process-oriented mindset
Superb organizational skills
Preferred
Passion for & knowledge of AI tools a plus!
