Responsibilities

Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned BFSI client accounts
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams
Develop a strong understanding of client priorities, roadmaps, and challenges
Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing engagements
Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital, cloud, data, AI, application modernization, and managed services
Support renewals, extensions, and incremental deal closures
Contribute to account plans, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
Collaborate with solutions, delivery, and industry teams to shape proposals and responses
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and reporting in CRM systems
Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
Proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations to protect and grow relationships

Required

5–8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sales roles
Experience managing or supporting BFSI client accounts (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance)
Strong understanding of IT services offerings and global delivery models
Proven experience in account expansion, renewals, and relationship-led sales
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Client-centric mindset with solid commercial acumen
Collaborative approach and ability to work in matrixed organizations
Organized, proactive, and results oriented
