Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities during the 3rd shift, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment
Oversee troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components
Utilize schematics, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and Ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately
Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Oversee facilities management tasks such as HVAC system maintenance, electrical upgrades, and safety inspections
Coordinate with project management teams for upgrades or new installations involving electrical or mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage) and industrial maintenance procedures
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS software for tracking and reporting purposes
Facilitate communication between shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualification
Required
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively during night shifts
Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including electrical (high voltage & low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, schematics, and facilities management
Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning
Project management skills to oversee upgrades or installations within the facility
Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and general industrial safety protocols
Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment issues
