Responsibilities

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API
Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including: Writing stored procedures and optimized queries, Understanding indexing, query performance tuning, and data integrity
Hands-on experience with React for modern front-end development
Experience building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Working knowledge of Node.js, primarily for supporting services, APIs, or middleware
Familiarity with RESTful API design, integration patterns, and versioning strategies
Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex features within an existing system
Comfortable navigating, understanding, and improving large, mature codebases
Able to contribute to technical discussions and implementation decisions, while aligning with established architecture
Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy, healthcare systems, or other regulated, workflow-heavy environments is a strong plus
Familiarity with eMAR systems, dispensing workflows, order processing, or facility-based medication operations is beneficial
Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
Ability to maintain or develop operational and compliance-driven reports
Comfortable working with data that supports both business and clinical workflows
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across: Application layer, API layer, Database layer
Ability to translate business and operational requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Experience working with multi-system integrations and operational workflows
Works effectively with team leads, QA, product owners, and operations stakeholders
Communicates clearly, documents work thoroughly, and escalates blockers early
Participates in code reviews with a focus on quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability
Onsite work required; must be comfortable collaborating in person with cross-functional teams
Demonstrates an ownership mindset, with a strong focus on system reliability and sustainability
Willingness to follow structured onboarding processes and contribute to evolving team standards
