Integration Implementation Specialist
Global Medical Response (GMR) is dedicated to delivering compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in emergency and patient relocation services. They are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer responsible for delivering seamless integrations between GMR’s CAD systems and internal or external platforms, acting as a project manager and technical liaison to drive successful integration efforts.

Responsibilities
Participate in project kickoff and discovery sessions to understand business processes and complete Business and Interface Requirements documentation
Lead enterprise‑level system integration projects using strong technical and project management expertise
Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners
Collaborate with internal IT teams and client teams to deliver high‑quality integration solutions
Configure integrations based on approved requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
Develop clear testing scenarios that translate requirements into validation steps
Coordinate and execute testing with CAD Administrators, ensuring all components function correctly and providing progress updates to stakeholders
Conduct peer reviews with CAD Administrators and Integration team members prior to business sign‑off
Present integration solutions to stakeholders to secure approval for production deployment
Create documentation and support training to ensure a smooth transition to operational support
Manage ITSM requests and ensure required documentation is completed for connectivity, production installs, maintenance windows, and related operational needs
Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to support integration stability
Troubleshoot integration issues and assist during outages as needed
Support go‑lives, upgrades, and maintenance activities, including occasional after‑hours or weekend work
Apply advanced technical expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently
Serve as a senior team member by reviewing solutions and mentoring junior integration staff
Adhere to information security practices by following guidelines, completing required training, and reporting concerns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience supporting public safety integration projects may be considered
Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including IPSec VPN tunnels, and hands‑on experience with server infrastructure
Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
Proven experience delivering uni‑ and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD‑to‑CAD, CAD‑to‑RMS, CAD‑to‑ePCR, and third‑party systems)
Strong ability to interpret API protocols and schemas and translate business processes into technical requirements
Proficiency working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and HTML
Basic understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols
Solid understanding of public safety workflows—including emergency response and incident reporting—to ensure integrations meet operational needs
