Responsibilities

Design, present, and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned to aggressive hiring goals
Lead high-volume recruiting execution to meet firm onboarding deadlines
Determine sourcing channels, marketing and advertising spend, and TA support needs
Partner closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders
Manage ATS usage and support system transition during implementation
