Strategize defenses in complex negligence and tort litigation from policy analysis to appeals
Draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts
Lead depositions of key witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs in high-exposure cases
Drive settlements through mediations and arbitrations for optimal client results
Handle bench and jury trials as second- or first-chair in liability hotspots
Qualification
Required
Senior Insurance Defense Associate
Experience in high-stakes negligence, tort, and employment claims
Ability to handle multimillion-dollar cases from inception to trial
Experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts
Experience in leading depositions of key witnesses, experts, and plaintiffs
Experience in driving settlements through mediations and arbitrations
Experience in handling bench and jury trials as second- or first-chair
Preferred
Partnership track available for standout performers
Experience in catastrophic injury and wrongful death defenses
