Configure Workday functional modules (e.g., Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting)
Develop and maintain integrations (EIB, Calc Fields, basic Studio)
Build and enhance custom reports
Support releases, upgrades, and data migrations
Document technical/functional designs
Liaise with business and technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience
3–6+ years as techno-functional consultant
Hands-on config + integration + reporting
Implementation &/or AMS projects
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Preferred
Workday certification preferred
