Read and interpret blueprints to determine the proper settings for the machine
Complex programming using all features of the press brake
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate product dimensions
Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Experience operating CNC press brake machines
Knowledge of machining techniques
Set up and operate press brake to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the proper settings for the machine
Complex programming using all features of the press brake
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate product dimensions
Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
Proven experience with CNC machines
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
Must have 1 year experience
Familiar with schematics
