Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement fundamentals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP or accounting systems a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communicator with a collaborative working style
Preferred
0–1 year of accounting experience; internships or applied coursework highly preferred
