Handle first- and third-party homeowner insurance litigation from start to finish
Manage discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trials
Draft pleadings, coverage analyses, and responses to CRNs and DFS inquiries
Work closely with claims leadership on strategy and exposure
Oversee outside counsel and litigation budgets

Qualification

JDFlorida Bar licenseInsurance defense experienceFlorida property insurance lawProperty litigation experienceCaseload management

Required

JD + active Florida Bar license
5+ years of insurance defense or property litigation experience
Strong knowledge of Florida property insurance law
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
