Responsibilities
Preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close
Processing accounts payable and receivable, including payments, aging, and reconciliations
Monitoring daily bank activity and supporting cash management and reporting
Assisting with audits, lender reporting, and compliance documentation
Recording payroll and benefits entries and reconciling related accounts
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
1–3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
Foundational knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Strong Excel skills and comfort learning accounting systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks, BILL, or similar platforms
