Responsibilities
Creating flyers, graphics, and branded marketing assets
Producing short-form video and content for social media, recruiting, and culture
Managing company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta)
Supporting leadership and CEO social presence as a brand amplifier
Writing and distributing blog content and newsletters
Supporting organic inbound growth through content and distribution
Assisting with SEO and paid advertising initiatives (in coordination with leadership or vendors)
Creating recruiting marketing materials and supporting college campus recruiting
Helping plan internal culture events and external industry conferences
Supporting Loan Officers with marketing assets for agents and referral partners
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative eye for branding, content, and storytelling
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
Alignment with our mission and values
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
1–3 years of marketing, content, or social media experience
